About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Planet Fitness - Fitton Clubs as a Member Service Representative! In this exciting role, you'll be the face of our club, delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a welcoming environment for all members.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist members and guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Handle membership inquiries and provide information about club services and promotions.
- Process new member sign-ups and renewals efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and member areas.
- Respond to member concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct facility tours to showcase our amenities and services.
- Support club events and promotions to enhance member engagement.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with basic computer skills and membership management software.
- Positive attitude and a passion for fitness and health.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Team player with a commitment to exceptional service.
